Developing Wind and Solar Energy Projects
Wind and solar energy project development generally follows four phases:
1. Find location and secure permits
2. Establish SPV and define suppliers
Once the project location has been chosen, a development SPV is established and key suppliers for turbines or panel modules defined. These need to match the given projects' characteristics in order to optimize the long term energy yield and to minimize the long term service and maintenance costs.
