The interview process at European Energy A/S is composed of four steps and generally the whole process takes up to 5 weeks. Following is a brief description of the four steps:
1. The first interview will take place with the HR Manager. The candidate will be presented with information regarding our company. Furthermore, the applicant will be assessed by the HR manager who will gauge whether the interviewee could be suitable for our company and for the requirements of the job.
2. The second interview will take place together with the HR Manager and the Manager of the applicable team and/or department. In this interview we will mainly concentrate our assessments toward understanding more in depth the candidate's interests, competencies, and background.
3. During the third interview you will meet with the HR Manager, a team/department Manager, a future colleague from the Department you are applying for, and our CEO. In this third interview we will assess whether or not the candidate is the best fit for our company and for the position he/she is applying for. This also gives the candidate a better idea of who we are and if she/he wants to work with us.
4. In the fourth and last step of the recruitment process we will be negotiating the last details concering the position.
