Typical institutional and large account investors are utilities, private equity funds, and corporations.

Investments can target projects under development once project rights have been secured, as well as operational projects after 2 - 5 years of operation.

A typical joint venture investment allocates 50% - 80% of the assets to the investor. We like to keep a minority interest in respective farms whereby we assure our partners the most efficient administration of power sales and the most effective operation and maintenance of wind and solar assets throughout their operating life.

As our competence is in the management of complete value chains, transactions are tailored to individual investors and provide for flexibility without the need for intermediate service providers.
